Training with Lubi since 2018 has been a Wonderful experience and a Blessing. Her knowledge and experience definitely plays a Big role in achieving not just my fitness and health goals but also goals in other areas of my life. Working alongside with an Olympian and World Champion like Lubi always keeps me motivated. Lubi and her family are awesome. Been going to them for training and therapies now for about 5 years and have had great results. I was initially drawn to them because of her gymnastics background. They were able to work with me on getting my body stronger without gaining weight to hold my spine in place to address the pinched nerves in my neck/back. It's been perfect for me because I needed increased flexibility as well as strength in order to help my back heal and also my frame can't carry extra bulk. Her background allows for her to be very imaginative in designing the workout. She is also very good at knowing just how hard to push you. Her parents are responsible for the therapies and use a combination of manual/massage therapy, acupuncture (needle and electro), acupressure and physical therapy. They're both very good. Working with them, you can see how she was able to get to the elite level in her sport and the knowledge and practices that are being taught reflect that level of experience.

My teen daughter plays tennis and attended Lubi's program, designed for her specific needs. Lubi is not only extremely knowledgeable in her training, and is always very professional and inspirational. We would highly recommend Lubi's services to everyone, especially atheletes!

Just came back from an amazing Neurofitness class with Lubi Gazov, at Golden Future. Until today, I had no idea what neurofitness stood for, but now I do! I absolutely loved it! Lubi took great care of me and made sure that I could handle all the exercises. Cant wait for the next class!!!

I found Lubi and her studio when I left work one day. It was the best thing to happen. I currently train twice a week and these are the best days of my week. She is very positive and motivational and also very informational when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
