They do NOT offer digital fingerprints and do not tell you that you will need them. She also rushed my fingerprints because someone else was waiting, so the fingerprints were unreadable even if the state accepted paper fingerprints. Further, after all the trouble of having to pay for and go to the state after this inconvenience, when I called to ask for a reimbursement, she verbally abused me on the phone then finally conceded to give me only half of a refund. After disputing, I couldnt believe she had the audacity to fight the dispute and try to demand full payment. Very unethical business. Beware!

I just called and got an appointment the same day! The lady was very professional, polite, and thorough. Definitely recommend and will return if I need services again.

I needed fingerprint cards done. Nancy was very cordial when greeting me on my arrival. After she fingerprinted me she double checked the fingerprint cards if there were any imperfections. Nancy placed and sealed the cards in a separate envelope for mailing to the mainland. Nancy was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Image City Inc.
