I was in bed 22 hours a day for 2+ months. Went in at 11am stayed overnight, walked 2am the next day with walker and never stopped walking, even in Italy for my 60th birthday in July 2023. (320 stairs) Pain free since April 2023.I felt I was the only patient he had. Mahalo! Dr. Lance and team.

I had severe sciatica pain for over 6 months and after trying physical therapy, spinal injections, several different pain meds nothing helped. I was referred to Dr Mitsunaga and after surgery the pain is 100% gone. It has been life changing for me as far as improving my quality of life. Dr Mitsunaga was professional and compassionate. He answered all of my questions with thorough and easy to understand explanations. 5 months after my spine surgery and I'm beginning to walk again on my own. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis (a total of 8 vertebrae were pinched) on my thoracic after being sent here from FSM. Can't walk and so much numbness in my legs. I was told it's either surgery or paralysis ASAP. With God's guidance, Dr. Mitsunaga did the miracle and safe my life. Many thanks to Dr. Mitsunaga!! Best spine specialist in Hawaii.

I was referred through a friend to Dr. Lance. So glad that I finally went through with my surgery after years of being in pain. Before and after care was awesome! Highly recommend.

I have had many doctors for many different things and one of the top notch ones are for sure Dr. Mitsunaga. He gave me a clear understanding of what was killing me all day everyday in my lower back. Then he told me what options were out there and actually consulted with me to work out what the best treatment was for my lifestyle and recovery. When it cane time to get worked on he was curtious in making sure I was set and ready along with his fantastic support staff making sure I knew what to expect. Then came my surgery. I have had the same pain for like 7 yrs taking the fire out of me and have had some treatments from other docs and healers and you name it so my expectations were not really that high. When I woke up from surgery it was like a dream how much immediate relief of the terrible shooting and weird pains I had been feeling for a long time. The healing time was incredibley smooth and himself and his staff checked up on me often along the way to check on their good work. Out of all the service you get in life in general like the car dealer or your phone company this was really fantastic in general not just in the medical field. I can't rave enough about my treatment! If your dealing with chronic pain please don't just keep tuffing it out because nothing works. This is finally a place to go that will work ya'll!! Thank you so very much Lance I really mean it. Keep up the fantastic work, you're a master of your craft for real!
