The people that work there are not very friendly over the phone. I walked there to have them fix my bifocals while I was on vacation. I said I was the lady on the phone about needing a screw that fell out and she looked at me and said $10. She also said she doesn't honor it to stay in.  She told me to come back in 15min. My husband and I walked around  and came back. $10 plus tax, and my glasses had her finger prints all over it. She never just cleaned them after she worked on them. I wouldn't spend money there if they treat anyone like that.

Very good selection of some of the best names in eyewear. Some rare, costly ones like Cartier and Maybach and more common ones like Ray Ban and Maui Jim. I know some things about eyewear and when talking to the staff I could tell they knew their stuff. If you're curious as to what brands of sunglasses hotel guests wear: of the branded frames I saw 80-90% Ray Ban, a couple of Guccis, and a couple of Tom Fords

Rude and unhelpful staff. Would not recommend coming here. It is also important to note that this location DOES NOT specialize in Maui Jim's despite what it says online. This location is listed online as the only retailer that repairs Maui Jim's. When we asked the staff, we were immediately greeted with attitude and they were very unhelpful. Parking: located in the Hilton village and parking is available at a lot closer towards the grand Waikikian. Keep in mind the Waikiki prices in the area. Besides that lot I would recommend parking by the harbor.
