Preston and his team have helped me out three times. Two purchases and one refinance have me quite satisfied with his work. He went above and beyond with my most recent loan by getting a railing installed on the house in order to have it be in compliance with terms of a VA loan. I didn't ask him to do anything, he just did it to keep things moving forward. Communication has always been efficient with regards to work and required documents. He also follows up with how everything is going and takes the time to understand his clients and learn about their interests and general well being. I highly recommend working with him to anyone looking for a loan officer.
