Myron Kiriu and his team are amazing! I cant say enough about them! They were always professional, punctual and so easy and comfortable to work with. There were times when I got quite overwhelmed with the whole process of buying our condo, but Myron and his team were so supportive in every way. I really feel as though we wouldnt have been able to do it without them. I will always recommend Myron and team to any friend or family!

Myron & his Team were absolutely the best! Throughout the entire process they were there providing information & advice, securing the vendors we needed to do the renovations, and keeping us updated every step of the way on what was going on with the property & the sale, And working hard to make the sale. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, hard working, and competent Team! They truly are The Best.

We loved working with Myron and his team. Team is really the key here. He had an amazing person in charge of finding and showing us homes. We never felt pressured to settle for something that wasn't perfect for us. Once we found a home another team member took over the negotiations with the seller's realtor. When things got sticky Myron jumped in and saved the day. They were meticulous in reviewing all of the documents we received from the sellers and ensured that we got the house we loved at a reasonable price. We couldn't ask for a better home buying experience. Myron also sold our condo at the same time. He priced it just right and it sold in a week! Can't do better.

Myron and his team did a superb job of getting our place on the market and selling it quickly. They did everything exactly as promised, and did not overlook a single detail. We really wanted someone who would take a team approach and we were very pleased at how all of staff worked together, always on the same page, and kept us in the loop at all times.
