Oahu Mexican Grill (OMG)

Wow!! Who would have thought a Mexican place that knows what they are doing. The sauce is great especially the habanero. Chips were aight. Tasted like it was out of a bag. The burrito was made well. Prices were a bit high, but worth it. Would definitely come again. Parking: Would be better to walk to this location. Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs and did not see a way that a person in a wheelchair would be able to visit.

Poor service. Food was blas, not bad but nothing special. Neat seating area. But what ruined it for me was the staff was completely disconnected, like they couldn't care less about their job. No greeting, no smiles. The only thing the cashier said was a burdensome "here or to go?" To which I responded to go and then she said the total due (which includes mandatory service tip already, BTW) then shoved the food to me (no greetings no thanks or anything). I reminded her it was to go, she seemed peeved and sloppily slapped foil on top of each bowl then asked the next woman in line "here or to go?". The customer also said to go and I couldn't help but notice the mean cashier just shoved her food out not packaged as well...

Came in for a quick drink and ran into the beautiful staff here at OMG who were amazing to me and my gf Ashley. Thank you to PAULINA, who offered us a portion of her dinner (Spicy Garlic Shrimp), which tasted absolutely incredible!!!! Definitely recommend this place to everyone when visiting Hawaii. Mahalo to the staff at OMG!!!
