Sansei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar

Great seafood restaurant. I didn't think I would like it on first impressions, but the food was great and the server grew on me. Overall a great night out.

The Waiter took 52 mins to get us our drinks and the place was 30% full and due to our group being 6 we had to pay 20% gratuities for horrible service. unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was abysmal, to say the least. Upon arrival, we were greeted with indifference by the staff, who seemed more interested in walking around the restaurant than attending to customers. Once seated, our neglect continued. Our waiter was inattentive and seemed annoyed by our presence. It took multiple attempts just to get our drink orders in, after 52 mins we had to ask where our drinks were, when the drinks finally arrived, they were incorrect The food, when it eventually arrived, was mediocre at best. It was evident that little care went into its preparation, and it certainly did not justify the high prices on the menu. To top it all off, when we tried to address our concerns with the management, we were met with dismissiveness and rudeness. Overall, I would strongly advise against dining here. The appalling service and lackluster food make it a complete waste of time and money.

The highest quality Sushi available on earth!! Sansei has been our favorite place to take friends for an excellent dining experience for over a decade. Every item on the menu is the very best food you will find anywhere in any city so that means it's extra special for the Waikiki area ... Patrick (GM) is doing an incredible job ... it seems like the quality is even better with him in charge. The whole staff was happy and working very well together to get our exciting dishes served to us. If you want your wife and all your friends to praise your dining experience then go to Sansei! Monday and Sunday 50% off is a scam The food was good service was good. But my bill was $430 then they calculated waiters tip 20% kitchen fees whatever that is and gave me the bill for $400
