Came with my friend for dim sum takeout at lunch, it seemed to be quite popular for dining with the local community, particularly kupuna.
Takeout was also popular, and most know the routine so that the line goes quickly: Check out the menu with photos while you stand in line, and you can see whats fresh out of the kitchen by glancing to the side where they keep the takeout orders. Pay for your order and wait at the side for your number to be called.
The wait is worth it and despite the difficulty in getting parking during the busy lunch hour, its worth it. Ill have to go again for the dining experience.

This is absolutely my go-to place for good Cantonese food. The prices are reasonable compared to Chinatown and the quality often better. One of their best dishes is the Singapore rice noodle - brimming with flavor - I cant find as good anywhere else ! No, the walls and the silverware are not greasy , contrary to one reviewer, rest assured lol
