A & H was contracted to tow our vehicle. When they failed to show up 4 hours after the promised time window, I called and asked for an update. The driver told me, "I'll get there when I get there bro," hung up on me, and then cancelled the job. Incredibly unprofessional

A & H Auto Repair is an upgraded experience from what is expected out of a repair shop. This is a small business that is family owned. Appointments are highly recommended as they work on one car at a time however, if you have an urgent issue with your car, these people will do their very best at fitting you in. The work speaks for itself in the quality of the parts used as well as the attention to detail when it comes to servicing your car. I previously took my vehicle to Servco and waited hours upon hours and understandably, they are high-volume in the amount of cars they pump in and out per day but with A & H, I am driving my car right into the bay and promptly assisted and the wait time is like night and day! If you are tired of spending a day in the waiting room, watching the cooking network, dying of boredom, elevate your experience and book an appt with A & H. Upgrade your vehicle care experience, you wont regret it! Plus, you know you are helping a locally owned business. This place is also a safety check station. Safety's are done by appointment. Its again a small space and so they have to be organized in how the flow of cars come and go. But let me tell you, when you arrive for that appt, you will be taken right into your safety (as long as you have your proper paperwork) and you will be in and out in no time! Dont waste your day in a line of cars waiting for your safety either, make an appointment with A & H and be done in less than an hour. thank you A & H for making a huge difference in your customers lives!
