        I drive there at 11:45pm today 3/22/2024. The lady acted very weird; she told me she is close to order. Only pick up order available. I thought this Jack in the box is 24hrs drive through. In the background they were laughing. Not sure what doing on! Parking: Good parking!

        Food was cold and stale. deluxe burger looked like a regular cheeseburger that was flat as a pancake.

        Today I went to this location with a mobile order for pickup. As I arrived at the location I found the doors to the dining room locked and no signs posted on the door. I called THREE times to try and reach staff. I told her I was here to pick up an order and she stated that I needed to go through the drive thru. I told her I didnt drive and walked across the street from work. She told me I was not allowed to pickup on foot in drive thru. In the end my order wasnt able to retrieved and the staff member hung up on the phone call. I understand the area can be tough but this was absolutely uncalled for. There is absolutely no ALOHA at this site. Do yourself a favor and visit the on just down the road on king. Clean location and friendly staff.
