My family's experience with WPH has been amazing and supportive. Patient services are easy to navigate online and access to virtual appointments makes getting mental health support a lot easier. We've received help for therapy, medication management, and ASD/ADD evaluation from WPH and would recommend this practice to anyone in need of support.

Such an amazing experience with, Wellness partners Hawaii! I had accidentally forgotten to fill out some of my paperwork, but they called me and to inform me on what I was missing and were good at following up! Overall a very helpful team and a great experience!

Website allows you to make an appointment with an employed person from Wellness. You have access to their schedules. I get an email after I submit appointment showing my other people to choose and asking me to fill out again what I did online. Rolling with it I pick new person and get excited for my call in a few days. During my intake call the office called and hung up TWICE. I called back the phone number that had a person name rather than a business. When I called back they said one of my forms (i was told were filled out) were missing things. I said ok I'm not in place to fill this out. I was told ok when you can. I get a call again a few hours later. Hi have you done this yet? I explained this was now becoming off putting. I will get to it ASAP. They canceled my next appointment via email.

I can't recommend Wellness Partners and Dr Bradley Kuo enough. I've been a patient of WPH for over a year but only a patient of Dr Kuo's for several months and am so sad to have to discontinue care due to moving off island. I've been receiving care for my anxiety for over ten years and WPH has easily been my favorite practice I have worked with. Coming from somebody with anxiety, the methods of communication that they use (text, portal, video sessions) makes everything so stress free. Dr Kuo is a bright light in the mental health community. He not only makes you feel heard and supported, he makes the conversations feel as though talks among friends and truly cares about his patients' wellbeing. Moving off island, I feel well taken care of and confident that we have pinpointed a consistent treatment plan for the time being, which makes my transition that much less stressful. Thank you WPH and Dr Kuo, you will be missed!
