Their phone number does not work. When pressing "2" to leave a message, the automated secretary says the line does not exist. I emailed the center to inquire about a checkup for my Manoa Exchange program and I get an automated message with general information for a health clearance. It's like this department does not even exist. Also, the hours of operation are so inconsistent... What does it mean "hours change without notice?" What kind of crud is that? This department needs an overhaul and a purge of inefficiency ASAP. Get your phones/answering machines working ASAP.

Dr. Jennifer Frank blamed me for not telling about my preferred doctor, when she barely gave me any space to talk. She then scoffed at me, walked away, and ended our appointment when I told her I'd like to make my next appointment for as soon as possible. No greetings, goodbyes, no thank you's and no reassurance. She didn't take me seriously and had a bad attitude with me from the beginning of our appointment. Very unprofessional. I don't want a doctor who doesn't take their patients concerns seriously. I will not be seeing her again.

All of the staff I encountered were very friendly. However when I saw the physician, I was very disappointed in the care. I have been having migraines all day, everyday for weeks and she sent me away with Tylenol and allergy medicine. Unsurprisingly the Tylenol hasnt made any difference just like I told her the ibuprofen didnt. Overall I just felt I had not been taken seriously. Why did I pay $20 and waste an hour of my time for Tylenol?
