Enjoyed shopping here at the Kapiolani Shop. Emaline was my salesman, and shell be my salesman from now on . I last visited and purchased a bed here 3 years ago. Today I tried out every bed and decided on the Beautyrest Black C Class. But I was also looked at Sterns and Foster, Sealy, and Serta. I slowly narrowed it down to 2 with the help of Emaline. Shes so confident about everything, and knows how to help you decide. Id recommend Mattress Firm, and Emaline a good hearted knowledgeable mattress rep! Mahalos

Having recently moved to Oahu, I was concerned about finding a furniture service that could provide high quality material and customer service. I entered Mattress Firm with high doubts, but was greeted very politely by an agent named Emma. She introduced me to items that would suit the small apartment that i'd be staying in and made the initial experience very detailed yet assuring. I came back the following week and not only did Emma provide a recommendation for a bed that is comfortable to sleep on, she had it delivered to me the same weekend. They undoubtedly look out for the interest of us. I no longer have to sleep on the floor! The customer service and care provided here is of top-notch. Thank you Emma & Richard!
