I have made appointments two weeks out on three maybe four appointments and when I show up she would say that they that I dont have my appointment or they never called my insurance to update new approval, this has happened on many occasions that Im not going back. As for the chiropractor she doesnt really seem to know what she is doing, barely adjusting less that thirty seconds and doesnt know how to adjust your neck, relies heavy on her assistants to put you on machines and the message therapist to do all of the work. To tell you the truth I only went for the message because she doesnt even come close to being a substandard chiropractor. Save your Time and Money and go somewhere else. Very disappointed in her skills and management as a chiropractor. To many times Ive made an appointment then show up two weeks later to excuses. Substandard care as a chiropractor.

Had to approach receptionist before being recognized and still had to wait and fill out insurance paperwork Terrible up front service. from the receptionist. Wouldnt recommend this place. Based on up front services. Never made it to the massage
