If you receive a TriCare referral to this office - Go ahead and request a new provider, they won't schedule you here. You can call, leave voicemails, request TriCare push your referral through again; it won't matter, Xplor won't call you to schedule your appointment. TriCare does have a different address listed, but still, you shouldn't need to drive into Honolulu and talk to someone in person just to get help for your mental health. If the address is an issue, than Xplor needs to get it figured out with TriCare, or it just seems like Xplor is the one dropping the ball.

As another reviewer mentioned elsewhere, the office does not answer the phone. I've called at various points throughout the month, and they have never answered. Morning, nothing. Midday, nothing. Early evening, nothing. Left a few voicemails, and not once have I received a return call. Super disappointing experience, and I've never really encountered anything like this with any other counseling office in the past. Not sure what's going on, or if it's a technical issue, but I hope for current patients and prospective patients they can resolve it.

Dr. Wolfson is an absolute professional who really takes the time to figure out ones individual needs. I went in for one thing and he helped me with two additional things that my PCM wasnt able to fix.

I have been searching for a clinic to continue my medication management since moving back to Hawaii in October. All of the clinics I have looked into are either not accepting patients or do not return my phone calls/emails. I called Xplor counseling on Wednesday afternoon and was immediately connected with Randi, the intake coordinator. My experience with Randi was very pleasant, professional and efficient. She does an amazing job! Today (Friday),I was contacted by Kristina, the certified medical assistant, to let me know that my information was processed and sent to Nikima, an APRN. Within a few hours I received a phone call from Nikima and have an appointment scheduled with her for tomorrow! This team knows what they are doing and they do it well. Im so grateful to have found them. TLDR: Called late afternoon on Wednesday - paperwork and appointment verified on Friday - appointment scheduled on Saturday. Incredible customer service by Randi, Kristina and Nikima
