When I got into my car accident at the end of 2021, I had no idea what to do next. My mom called my grandmother and she strongly advised that I get legal assistance. This immediately prompted me to believe that I would have to pay a lot of money upfront to even retain services (spoiler: not the case with Recovery Law Center!). My mom did some research and found Recovery Law Center. Even before taking the next step and researching for myself I felt a peace come over me. After researching further, that peace was affirmed even more and carried through the entire process of working with the team for a little over a year while I recovered from the accident. Glenn, Jolie and team made this process extremely easy on my end from a legal and settlement standpoint. Every interaction, whether by email or phone, was pleasant, easy to understand and helpful. The most I ever needed to do through the year was provide updates when requested by the Recovery Law team, electronically sign documents (they did an excellent job explaining what I was signing), and finally go down to their physical location to complete the final signing. Recovery Law Center team, I cannot thank you all enough for the quality professionalism and support that you provided during such a trying time. I contacted The Recovery Law Center after a Google search on where to get help with a slip and fall accident at a local store. From that very first call, Jolie and the staff at The The Recovery Law Center eased my worries, answered my questions, and basically said 'give us the info and we'll take care of it'. Which is exactly what they did. That first phone call took place early in 2020, I explained what happened, what I did after the accident, answered some questions and followed their advice and directions. We kept in contact by text and occasional calls. The response was always quick and very efficient when I had questions, always respectful and professional and patient when addressing any of my concerns. I couldn't have created or imagined a more perfect fit for myself when looking for legal help. I had been almost positive I wouldn't find anyone to help me since I had no money to pay for a lawyer, let alone a whole legal team...a team of superheroes, as far as I'm concerned. I was blessed the day I made that call. Since 2020 we have spoken on the phone, texted back and forth, and emailed each other. I felt so comfortable I think of them as friends. I got to meet my friends today for the first time. My team of superheroes accomplished what they set out to do on my behalf and they succeeded. I am amazed and humbled by all the effort and time each of you, all of you have given. I am and will always be sincerely grateful to the staff/team of the Recovery Law Center.

My 88 year old uncle was struck by a vehicle back in 2020 while crossing the street in Kalama Valley. He sustained major injuries both physically and mentally. I have tried calling numerous attorneys to see if they would take my uncle's case to help get him some kind of compensation for all his pain and suffering as a result of this accident. Unfortunately no one was willing to take his case for whatever reason and I felt hopeless and discouraged about finding an attorney that would help my uncle. Luckily a business contact heard we were looking for an attorney and they recommended The Recovery Law Center. I reluctantly called and spoke with paralegal Jolie on the phone and she was very professional and pleasant. My uncle and I later had a meeting with Jolie and Attorney Glenn Honda. To be honest we went into this meeting with very little confident that they would accept my uncle's case but we had nothing to lose. Well it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. We were so happy and thankful that they were willing to help but more than that we were grateful for how they treated and made us feel. Glenn and Jolie were so warm and kind that we did not feel like we were just another case for them. They were so patient and took the time to listen and answer any of the questions we had. All the staff (Glenn, Jolie, George and Jennifer) that we have met at the Recovery Law Center are very professional and knowledgeable in their job. The best part is they are very nice down to earth people. Thank you Jolie for keeping in touch and updating us on everything throughout this process.
