They don't care about the result. They have Navy housing community contract and they leave it looking like a 3rd grader cut his own hair with some dull clippers, WHEN they actually cut it. Just filed a formal complaint with our leasing office. I really hope enough complaints come in and they lose this contract.

Hands down one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked for, pays minimum wage and expects hard labor from all of its workers while the management sits in the office all day. They recently had a contract that they lost and let off more than 70% of its employees. The worst part is the employees were never formally notified that we were being let go other than a group announcement that we needed to find new jobs a few days before letting us go. Management is lackluster and doesnt supervise any projects and the lesser management belittles its employees and even once said we suck all in all an absolutely soul destroying experience. I would recommend this place to someone I hate. To anybody reading this Im not just some angry employee Im part of a group of people who were done wrong. Hire these people if you want shoddy landscaping work. This company shouldnt be legally allowed to continue operating and should be investigated by OSHA.

Ive been living in a military community contracted with mainscape for the last 3.5 years. Ive personally never had the issues that others mention. The company has always done their job in my opinion. Today, I had an employee knock on my door and return money he found that I had accidentally left outside after selling an item. He could have easily taken this money and I would have never even thought about it. However, he showed honesty and integrity that reflects a great impression on his company. Were thankful for that.

This company is contracted through military housing to maintain the grounds around the bases and housing. The overall job they have done for the last year had gone down considerably and show no signs of improving. Some areas are maintained very well while others are not. More times than not, the residents go out and recut the yards around their houses and trim the fence line that should have been done. The lack of communication they have between them and military housing is unacceptable. They are contracted to spray herbicide for weeds on a schedule and are supposed to inform housing prior to any spraying so that housing can inform the residents. Several times now, they have shown up and started spraying without any notification, which has led to residents' pets getting sick. I have called this company and spoke with a receptionist who said she would forward my info up to the manager and have them call me back, but I still have not received any call back yet.

Hands down the worst lawn service I have ever seen in my entire life. They have no skill whatsoever when it comes to mowing. They blindly drive through lawns mowing and leaving tire marks and I mowed sections. They chip all the hedges down to nothing left but twigs, they mow over yards that have requested to not be mowed because of how terrible of a job they do. They do it anyway. Our front door was open and they still blew yard clippings and leaves into our house even after my wife told the guy with the leaf blower to stop. They are extremely unprofessional and unskilled and should honestly lose the contract they have with the military. whoever is running this company should be embarrassed to see the reputation their company has. Absolutely no pride or ownership in the work completed by this company
