After 10 years with Verizon, I switch to T-Mobile. T-Mobile. Brendan is an awesome representative. If considering T-Mobile, I highly recommend Brendan. He is at the T-Mobile shop at Kahala Mall.

We had a fantastic experience with Jeremy when upgrading to an iPhone 15 Pro. He was very knowledgeable about the upgrading process and even identified a better deal than we originally thought we were going to get. He was able to answer every question we had. We walked away very happy and thankful for Jeremys help.

So I happened to be part of this customer experience even though my mom was the one who visited T-mobile. Basically my dad wanted me, my mom and brother to no longer be on his plan and start paying our own. Mom decides to have us be on separate plan with only three lines. Goes to store to get it done. Then this is where this experience became horrible. They had to get permission from my dad to get off our line but he said he already called 611 number that he was taking us off the plan. So I had to bother my dad during the worst time all because of T-mobile screwing up. Then it got worse when I had to bother him again so they can talk to T-Mobile. I mean I had to bother him while he was in the shower and that is when he got real upset at the T-mobile employees. After that long process I got involved in, I wanted to call and scream at the store employees. Why does it have to be so hard to change plans for multiple phones?! Again not my fault!
