We needed to switch coverage when we recently sold an old and bought a new car. We hadnt done this in a while so it made us a little nervous. Tami helped us over the phone was so efficient and emailed us, as promised, what we needed within minutes. We were expecting this process to be time-taking, but it was so very easy with the DTRIC staff. Many thanks!

AN HONEST REVIEW:
They are nice giving you a quote or taking a payment until you have a claim! Then all the aloha goes out the window and you will feel like a claim # and not a human being that was in an accident!
Im a good driver and havent been in car accident in 22+ years. Initially with claim, my agent asked me to recount what happened and INTERRUPTED ME TWICE during the statement!! Then basically accosts me to pay my deductible or hes not going to be able to help. I wasnt comfortable paying my deductible because I knew accident wasnt my fault! Other drivers insurance admitted 100% fault by the end of the week.
Poor communication and lacking basic customer support skills with Dtric/my agent. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone& currently looking for something else!
