Terrible Service. Tried to reach an agent, representative, customer service from morning until 4:30om. No answer. Maybe Ill get an answer when I cancel my policy.

Probably the most annoying insurance company here. Tell you to pay by due dates and when you do pay before the due date, they still cancel your policy and then want to tack on extra fees. Customer support hours are laughable and the customer support reps dont know anything half the time Definitely done with these folks after my policy ends

Dear Corporate Office, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your Honolulu branch. My experience was marked by inefficiency, lack of professionalism, and an overall disheartening encounter with Farmer Insurance. Upon my visit to the branch, I was met with the absence of any employee to assist new clients seeking car insurance policies. The staff requested me to wait, but after a prolonged 20-minute delay, I received a call from an employee who, unfortunately, seemed uninformed about essential details, such as the discount offered to Federal Union Bank members. This experience has led me to believe that your institution is currently unable to provide the level of service that one would expect. The evident lack of training and professionalism among your employees, coupled with poor communication systems, has left a lasting negative impression. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing measures to enhance your customer service standards. It is essential for a reputable company like Farmer Insurance to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless experience for potential clients.
