I inquired about Ricky being my insurance agent because I signed up for a policy online and I didn't want to keep going through the mainline of All State just to get information.
Anyways, I called their office and the lady who answered was very rude. As a person who doesn't know how it would work if I switched from online to an agent the associate who answered the phone was no help and was really rude for no reason.
Instead of educating me and sharing any helpful information- she snapped and said, "I JUST SAID I WILL TRYYYYYYY" very rude. I would look elsewhere
