Stayed for a week. Rooms are big, nice having a full size fridge. Housekeeping does excellent job. Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. Smell of cigarettes, cigars, and food travel through the vents. Restaurant in hotel is closed. Elevators and escalators are being repaired. Not much of amenities. Parking is $34 a day.

I used this hotel a year ago. We only stayed for the night, so there was no inconvenience and we had a comfortable stay. I would like to use it again.

Absolutely horrendous experience. We booked this room thinking that we would lounge around a bit around the pool during our downtime just to find out that the pool was closed due to maintenance. Our room was dirty and super old. The carpet was peeling up at the corners and bubbling in the middle. The wallpaper on the wall was peeling at the seams and in the corners and there were cobwebs in the corners. Every time the air conditioner would kick on it would wake us up because of the rattling of the fan. We had to take cold showers because the water heater was being worked on. The hallways off the elevator looked like you were walking into a horror film with lights flickering. if we were not exhausted from our travel, we would've absolutely went somewhere else for the night. Our room was straight out of the 1990s with likely the original furniture and wallpaper and carpet. The pictures on the website are completely misleading. Not sure where the folks stayed that left good reviews Rooms: Gross, dirty, straight out of the 90s. Wallpaper coming off the walls and carpet coming up from the corners and bubbling in the middle. No hot water during our stay we had to take cold showers because the hot water heater was under maintenance.

When we arrived, the receptionists who were in charge of introducing us to the hotel did not notify us once that there was a swimming pool in the hotel or what its location was. It was the housekeepers who must have told us this. Then another day we had a water cut that lasted a day, the toilets were constantly clogged without us using them. We also had a light bulb burn out in the bathroom. There is a lack of serious equipment in the kitchens, such as a drainer for pasta and a glove for removing food from the oven. In addition, I was debited an additional $1,388 due to a fault of the staff who were unable to credit me within weeks, so I was prohibited from paying because the ceiling had been reached. We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel at all. We also had to take two extra days in the hotel due to a flight cancellation, and no commercial favor was given to us regarding the payment error which completely ruined our vacation because we couldn't do any activities. . And the reception didn't want to understand it. A commercial gesture on the price of the two extra days taken would have been appreciated. Otherwise nice view from the rooms, but room not at all modern. Rooms: Beautiful mountain views
