Wonderful place to stay at with kids!! Rooms: We stayed at the lagoon tower. Came with kitchenette, fridge, and dishwasher. My understanding is there was a washer and dryer on every floor. Our floor (6th) had one. There was one night that one of the washers didn't work. But they fixed it the next day Nearby activities: Swimming. Snorkeling. Diamond head, Waikiki Beach. Food. ABC stores will be your best friend. There's literally one on every corner.

Anyway, the location is great! Since it is an older building than the Hilton Hawaiian Village, there are some inconveniences such as not having a washing machine in the guest rooms. On the other hand, the service content is the same as other towers. Room cleaning is done once a week, so you have to ask for bath towels, toilet paper, etc. over the phone. The pool is great. Guests can use it for free. It cannot be used by anyone other than hotel guests. Every week, fireworks are set off from the lagoon right in front of you. This time, for some reason, it happened twice a week, so I was lucky.
