So this hotel sells out hotel rooms to own privately and the owners rent these units out as Airbnb. Thats fine however, the lobby staff are pretty rude to Airbnb guests. The services can be confusing as to what is offered to hotel guests and Airbnb guests but the lobby staff are pretty douchey when they learn you are an Airbnb guest.

This was our stay for the first night during our visit to Honolulu. It is conveniently located very close to the Waikiki beach fronts. There are markets and restaurants located near by that we could walk to. We stayed on the 11th floor with a partial view of the ocean fronts. It had a small balcony which was nice. Room was clean and the staff was very nice. There are even swimming pools and jacuzzi on the 31st floor rooftop. It was quite windy but the jacuzzi was nice and clean. There is even a sauna at the landing of the elevator to the rooftop. I found the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The only thing is because this place is located within the downtown area, I had to pay extra to park my rental on the structure lot connected to the hotel but not operated by the same company. It wasn't the worst but it added to our stay. Overall a good experience.
