11/18/22Today I had occasion to text Mark Faildo. I needed a prescription for cough syrup with codeine. Unfortunately Safeway and Longs as well as their supplier were out of stock so I had to go to Times. Times pharmacy does not accept my Medicare drug insurance so I had to pay full price. I called Mark to find out if there was a way to file a claim with my I surer. He took it one step further and reassessed my insurance needs and found me a drug plan that was $22/month LESS than I was paying and was accepted at all of the pharmacies I might use!  That is a huge savings. Mark is the best agent ever.p.s.  I just received a letter saying my original drug insurance was going up $50/mo... so glad Mark stays on top of things. So now I'm saving $72/ mo. Crazy right!

These folks are awesome!  My father was having some hangups trying to apply for Medicaid with Medicare.  We contacted Juju of Premier Benefits Consultants and this is the amazing part.  She called the Medicaid office *while on the line with my father* and basically was able to explain what was going on and help my dad with getting approved.  Once they got off the phone the approval came the next day!Juju also thoroughly explained what my dad was to expect from his Medicaid plan, what materials he will receive, and what he can and cannot do with the plan.  If it wasn't for Juju my father would not be able to get the help he needs.  If you need help navigating Medicare benefits and other types of insurance benefits you may be qualified for, give these good folks a call!  They're awesome!

Recently I discovered that one of my doctors was no longer in my Medicare D network.  I was disappointed especially when I got my bill!  I remembered seeing an ad on TV for Premier Benefit Consultants so I called and I got in touch with Nicole.  Wow, did I get lucky.  She was so knowledgeable and very pleasant and helped me get a new plan.  I am very satisfied with the service I received.  She was so patient with explaining everything and I was so fortunate to speak with a local person where I could completely by myself and who understood the local, aloha attitude.  Thank you PCB for the excellent care and attention to details afforded to me with Nicole!  Hopefully that going forward this experience will be advantageous to my health care.  Mahalo!

For someone who did some background checking on medicare supplement plans, after talking with Donne Soga, Medicare Advantage/Supplement Consultant, I realized that I didn't know as much as I thought.  Donne really helped me understand the different types of plans and which plan would best be beneficial for me to enroll in.  She also, through talking to me, was able to choose the best medicare advantage plan for my husband.Donne was very clear in her explanation about the different plans for medical, dental, vision, and drug and what was covered and what was not covered.I appreciate her taking the time to explain and explain to me questions that I had about the plans without making me feel that I was asking too many questions.  I appreciate your attitude very much.Medicare plans are confusing to someone who does not deal with the plans on a daily basis; therefore, having a professional with a "can do" attitude is a definite plus.Thank you again!
