        Had a gift card for 1 hour massage at the Hicham facility. I couldn't have the service because the facility moved location, but I got a refund.

        Really terrible business practise. My husband bought me a gift card from this salon on Hickam Air Base. When I wanted to redeem it in January this year, I found out that the Hickam salon switched owners and I have to go to the downtown location. I called them and the Bobbi and GUY salon told me that they won't honor my gift card because they can't verify how much was on it because their system from Hickam shut down. So I lost $100 for no fault of my own. They are keeping our money spent on the gift card and offered no other solution. I feel robbed and very much mistreated. I had been a loyal customer with them since 2019.

      Hi Lisi. We have tried to call you multiple times without receiving your answer. It is unfortunate to hear of your unhappy experience. However, as you have signed our wavier which stated you: "understand that (you) have 3 days from the time (your) service is performed to request a re-do", if your satisfactory was not met. Furthermore, you have not given us any feedback until this review, which was left 3 weeks after your original service date, March 29, 2023. Therefore, we can only offer you a better experience next time if you wish to choose us again. - Jin Choi, General Manager
