Texaco

My tire pressure light went on tonight. The Harding Ave Texaco does not charge for their air (and water) pump, so I headed over there. It was dark and I was alone. Appreciate that the clerk came over to see if I was okay. He wanted to make sure the homeless guy sitting nearby was not bothering me (he wasn't). Really appreciate that the clerk kept an eye out for me til I was pau.

The service here was great! There were no appointments left for oil changes so they let me take it in and said they would work in it between other jobs but gave me a reasonable time frame to expect to hear from them. I went for a walk while they worked on it and not long after they let me know that my tires were in bad shape and needed replacing. They kept me updated with the timing and pricing so I could make a decision that worked for me and then they took the time to take care of the tires for me too. I'm glad they told me when they did and didn't wait until the oil change was done so that I'd have to reschedule for another time! I really appreciate their professionalism, honesty and friendliness! I would go back to them! Mahalo!

This location was previously a Chevron.  It's located on the corner of Harding and 11th Ave right before the freeway H1 West Bound on ramp.  It seems like Texaco is taking over lots of gas stations in particular Chevron.This place is bright and nicely lighted at night. Inside is like a convenience store.  They have snacks, all kinds of beverages including slushies. You need oil, gas cans, radiator fluid, etc they have it. One thing I love about this place is that you can fill up water and air for free.  That's right, you don't have to scrounge around looking for change to do that as it is free.  They have another section where you can vacuum your car as well but for that you will have to gather your change.

Franchise location owned by Mother & Son LLC, which also owns the location on 1201 King St, which tried to make me pay twice for the same item. They have lost me as a customer at both locations.
