This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a floral company. I ordered a $180 dollar bouquet for an elderly friend in the hospital and paid the additional fee for an expedited delivery. When I checked to see if she received it, she said that she had not. So, I called Blossom to find out why. They said they couldnt fulfill the order because they were out of the flowers that were needed. When I asked why I had not been contacted, especially since this was an expedited order, the agent said he didnt know; he said I should have been but he didnt know. I asked what Blossom was going to do to fix the situation - the agent said they could send an arrangement of equal or greater value, but wouldnt allow me to select one from the menu on the Blossom site, because he couldnt guarantee that they would have the flowers for it. I said I wanted something as close as possible to the original arrangement, a refund of my expedited fee and to be notified when the flowers had been delivered. The flowers didnt come until late the following day, it was not an arrangement, more of a bunch of old flowers thrown in a basket, I was not refunded my expedited fee, and I was never called to confirm my delivery. I recommend that everyone who reads this review - NOT - spend their money on this companys floral service. It would be much better spent elsewhere.
