The woman that answered the phone could not even tell me how to give her my information over the phone. Then said "can you call someone else". WTF? I was just asking how to give the recipient's name and address. Do I email or spell it?

Jan is a wonderful person and very helpful. After helping me we talked story about her wonderful grandchildren (Jdn & Mdl!) inspire her to keep things going.She helped me pick what is right even though my budget went from $50 to $20 because I found a $30 plushie that my receivers would have really liked and she made it work. Cute little store!!!

Very disappointed with the service I received yesterday.  I shopped once here before and it is $$$ but for the reasons I needed the flowers I was willing to spend anything. Yesterday, I had a terrible experience and I will never go back. I walked to this location from my office that is located in the same building. I needed to get a flower arrangement for a very nice and loved coworker that lost someone close in her family. I was expecting respect and compassion to help me create a simple-classy white flower arrangement that I was wishing to give to my coworker.I pointed at a flower arrangement I liked from the fridge that had the main flowers in white but also had some in purple as an accent. I asked the florist if she could please arrange that base to all white flowers or make me a new arrangement using only white flowers -- I let her know why I needed the arrangement to be white. She took out the flower arrangement I pointed out from the fridge and took it to the counter. I explained to her AGAIN that I needed the arrangement to be only white and if she could fix that one to all white flowers I would take it or if she could make a new one it would be fine too. She then got upset because I did not want purple flowers in the arrangement. Once AGAIN I tried explaining the situation but she wouldn't listen or show respect to my needs. She got even more upset to the point of telling me to go shop for my flowers somewhere else because she was 'really busy'. I grabbed my wallet and phone from the counter and left reminding her that she did not look busy when I came in and I was also the ONLY customer she had in the store to the moment I left.I don't understand why she got upset in the first place. It is a flower shop and I was not asking for something out of the ordinary. I was very disappointed and now I will never shop there again or recommend this flower shop to anyone. I hope for her to understand one day that her business can be successful if she cares for the needs of her customers. ***And big thanks to the ladies at the NEX flower shop for helping me last night to get the flower arrangement I needed for my coworker. This morning, it touch both of our hearts when I hand it to her.

I live away from Hawaii and wanted to surprise my best friend for her birthday. Yelp lead me to Flowers For You- a florist near her work that delivers. I was able to order flowers just one day before the delivery day and it was not a problem. I spoke on the phone with Jan(?), she is very nice but her English is not perfect and a few parts of the conversation was hard to understand. The process was really efficient as I gave her a dollar amount I wanted and told her "mixed bouquet". She took notes on the address and what to write on the card- and we were off the phone with each other within 5 mins. She took my credit card number over the phone but did not charge it till the delivery day. My friend was thrilled with the surprise bouquet and for me, the size and bulk of the flowers matched the price that I felt I paid. I would use this service again.
