Rainforest at Kilohana Square

Let me start to say that English was not the caller's first language. Rainforest always asks 20 questions when taking any order for same day rush orders over the phone. Caller was negligent answering any of the questions asked. The criteria is that the order was for white and green Hawaiian flowers. Everyone knows that Hawaiian flowers are one of the largest kinds of flowers in the flower world. Yet a "medium" bouquet was requested. I asked if they want it earlier and help design it, but they declined and said they needed it for 2 o'clock. We incorporated white obake anthuriums and greenery like monstera and palm leaves. A design we've made many other occasions and the bride loving it. Upon picking up the bouquet they said it was too big and showed us a photo of a small prom size bouquet. Why didn't they email us this image at the time of ordering? We always insist email to prevent miscommunications but caller pretty much left it up to us with the criteria that we only use Hawaiian flowers, Their image was a mixture local greenery and mainland flowers in a small hand held bouquet. The person picking up the bouquet wasn't the person ordering the bouquet, even when the original caller was the one who left it up to us. I tried explaining that we could remove some of the flowers to add some smaller flowers but we only had mainland flowers that we could add. They only wanted tropical. There was no other white tropical flowers we could use because we didn't have anything smaller. I'm sorry we couldn't help you even though we tried.
