Went to the shop and they definitely helped research where I can get the floating panel floors for my home. Even though they did not sale it but they made an effort to text me and let me who sales them. Much Mahalo to the company, the owners and staff for showing the Aloha spirit of helping eachother. We've been purchasing flooring from Best Flooring Honolulu for some time now. We appreciate the quick and straightforward communication with them, and their extensive selection includes flooring options with matching color transitions and stair noses readily available on Oahu. Initially, we bought vinyl plank flooring from them, and now we've expanded our collaboration to include hardwood and slat wall panels. Their efficient and timely work has been commendable. We eagerly anticipate doing more business with them in the future.

I purchased vinyl plank from this company. I am very happy with the floor and it was a pleasure to deal with Borys. I usually deal with big box stores, but they do not offer someone that can answer my questions, help insure I get the right amount and have the choices of baseboards and trim and transition pieces. When I cam up short on baseboards because of an additional area I decided to do, Borys got that material available just before closing, which allowed my installer to have it early the next morning and complete the job. I highly recommend this business.

NO ALOHA! I entered store dressed very casually and asked for quotes/ estimates. There were 2 staff people in store and NONE acknowledged me as I entered the store. They both appeared that they didn't want any business from me as they just looked at me. I had to ASK for help as I was the only one in store. Poor customer service from the start and especially from the "CEO" Bory that wants to do business in Hawaii. Though the current review stars show differently, Bory DID NOT seem very knowledgable about the product not specific installation. I had asked questions on types of material, labor, manufacture, design, and different aspects in flooring. Instead of a simple phone call I wanted to know what they offer from a face to face stand point despite driving from Central Oahu. Bory and his company FAILED in ALL phases of a business. Bory didn't sound like he was even attempting to close a sale or some interest in my business. I expected more from "The Best Flooring" in Honolulu. Gone to American Flooring and SO glad I made the decision.
