This is a great company and the owner Mark Elwell is fantastic. His products are top quality and Marks knowledge is unparalleled. We purchased our original bamboo flooring from him and recently needed some replacement planks for repair. Mark was so patient in helping us get a good match. He also advised us on a practical solution for some other repairs. Marks reasonable prices, friendly service and top notch products make his company the best!

Best customer service EVER! Mark (owner) left no stone unturned helping us find discontinued bamboo flooring from YEARS AGO original installation. (We had water damage at entry door from hurricane wind and rain!) He finally found a box at the warehouse and sent it Fed Ex the next day. I have never known anyone to go that far out of their way to help. It arrived, it is the right product, we are truly grateful!

After visiting various places on Oahu, I discovered Bamboo Flooring located in a maze of small offices close to Aloha Tower. This hidden gem offered a great selection of luxury vinyl tiles. The selected product exceeded the underlayment specifications required by my condo association. Owner Mark and Assistant Norma patiently answered my many inquiries.
