I highly recommend any Pilates class taught by wonderful instructor Samantha Reed. When the pandemic caused the shut-down of my local studio and workouts on the reformer, I was devastated. Samantha saved me from losing all my progress with virtual sessions and they are amazing! Her mat Pilates workouts are dynamic, fun and effective for maintaining and building core strength, flexibility and balance. I can't thank you enough, Samantha, for keeping me going!

Hawaiian Sands Fitness has been my saving grace, especially during this quarantine time of a pandemic. I felt my body turning into a distorted mush and desperately needed a Pilates program or class to whip me back into shape and alignment both gently and efficiently. Ive been studying under their Pilates instructor Sam for several years now. She is, hands down, the most knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and effective Pilates instructor Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. As a retired professional dancer, I need Pilates to keep my spine in alignment after so many injuries. By continuing my Pilates practice with Hawaiian Sands Fitness, I will surely keep my core SOLID and my mind SHARP.

The Virtual Essential Pilates Mat classes taught by Samantha Reed is now an essential part of my morning routine. I started taking this morning class in March of 2020, and have loved the challenges and exercises with noticeable flexibility, strength and better balance over the months. Sam's positive clear communication and attention to modifications for those in her class keeps the classes fun with plenty of inspiration!
