Captain Sonny and the deck hands were fabulous people to have out fishing with you. Very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. We left around 5:30am to go deep sea fishing. We were told there would be 6ft waves that wed be going through most the day. So for 6 hours straight we were rocked by some pretty good waves it was quite the experience but they made sure we all stayed in the boat. Sadly we didnt catch anything though. We had some really good opportunities but nothing was taking the bait. Not much you can do though about that. Thats what they call it fishing and not catching. Will gladly book again with them in future fishing trips!

Booked a trip with Aikane Sport Fishing with pickup from Hickam AB. First things first, they let you keep your fish! Regardless of the size, if you want it you can keep it. Second thing of note is they are a little less expensive than the other charters. I googled and did other research and Aikane was best value for the buck. This is my second trip with Captain Sunny and all I can say is he got us on some fish today. Last time out with Aikane we caught skunk but this time we caught a BEAST! Blue Marlin, about 98 inches long from fork to chin and about 1.5 hours fight. We also hooked a Short Bill Marlin but he got off about 3/4 way back to the boat. We decided to split the fish with the crew and have given away most of the catch to neighbors and family. The trip today ( FEB 17), was a thrill and an adventure that will last a life time. We were involved in every aspect of the catch from reeling the fish in to hoisting it up on the dock to helping clean quarter and icing the fish. Some might say that all that is the crew's job but I say it is truly living in the moment. From a genuine fisherman's perspective, that is what fishing is all about. We truly appreciate Captian Sunny and Deck Hand Kama's efforts today and letting us be involved in the moment. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 will repeat.

Had a great time with captain Barry and crew Did a 10 hour trip went about 15 miles out. Then when we got back they cleaned all the fish then even gave ma cooler to take my catch home will do again

Captain sonny and his crew are absolutely amazing! My son and I had a wonderful experience on our bottom fishing trip! When we visit again, we are going Deep Sea Fishing ! Captain sonny is an extremely knowledgeable, and friendliest guy! Mahalo!! Till we meet again....
