I don't understand why they have a phone number and don't know how to pick there phone up when someone Is calling the about glitch in there system

Very disappointed with the section 8 workers and how they handle EVERYTHING! Instead of Setting up a appointment at the office with a Case worker, tenant and landlord present all at the same time to fill out important paperwork correctly They instead have the tenant give the the landlord paper work asking for bank account information etc etc that's very unsafe and unprofessional. Section 8 MUST change the way this paperwork is filled out.
