Everyone needs a Jill on their team if you want a host a successful wedding/event! We hired Jill on 2/16/22 on her full coordination package and we work together for a year until our wedding day on 2/18/23. She is very competitively priced for the responsibilities she will be doing for us. We also hired Jill to take care of all of the floral on the big day. We hosted our wedding at the Ko'olau Ballroom with about 122 guests that were mainly all from out of state. My wife could tell that Jill was experienced when she sent her photos and details of what she envisioned that the wedding was going to be like after our first initial conversation. She was on point and guided us throughout the process. She had great suggestions and advised on details on the wedding. We wanted to make the wedding a great time since we want to make it an unforgettable experience for us, our family, and all of our guests since they are all coming out of their way to travel to Hawaii to attend. Jill gave us wonderful referrals to our photographer, videographer, EMCEE, DJ, and many vendors. We hired the All-Star Cast and they delivered! All of our guests and family reached out to us and told us how much fun they had. The wedding went so smoothly besides one small hiccup on a vendor, but Jill got the situation handled! We can't thank Jill enough for creating this beautiful memory for us and our family. You know how most couples are so glad that they are done with the wedding after it ends? I had so much fun at the wedding; I wouldn't mind running it back! Christine had her dream wedding and we both couldn't image it being any better.

Easley Designs created the most gorgeous, spectacular, and beautiful arrangements for our daughter's wedding at Turtle Bay Resort. Jill and her team transformed the Pavilion and tent area into even more of a paradise than it already is.Jill was always available to discuss ideas and make outstanding suggestions. She had so many wonderful, inspiring ideas and was open to incorporating our daughter's vision with her own professional opinions. She is truly an expert and a total joy and pleasure to work with. In addition, Jill was the 'Day Of' coordinator for us and her timelines, planning expertise, and support were just invaluable and made the day stress free and filled with so much joy and love.  We are already missing our Monday FaceTime planning chats/sessions with Jill. Easley Designs was and will always be my first choice. Jill and her team helped create the most amazing, beautiful, captivating, stress-free wedding from beginning to end. We went in with so many questions and ideas and Jill answered them all and elaborated on our ideas to create my daughter and my new Son dream wedding. She answered any and all phone calls, emails, and texts even when she was on a vacation; you can't ask for anything more when your wedding planner says she will be here for you. She delivers on everything and exceeds expectation!!! And the Vendors she recommends do so as well. Covid made things difficult and we had to postpone twice before the big day and one of our vendors (the photographer) was not able to be there because of a scheduling conflict but Jill found us another and she was incredibly awesome!!! Wedding day flowed without a hitch and if there was one we never knew!!! I could go on and on but take a look at the smiles on my daughter and new son's face, I believe it says it all. Thank you Easley Designs and a very special Mahalo nu nui to Jill!!!!

It was a perfect day. It truly was and we could not have had such an amazing, stress free, and lovely wedding without Easley Designs. Josh and I wanted to have nothing to worry about on our wedding and went with all the vendors she recommended. It all flowed together seamlessly and we were able to enjoy our special day to the fullest. We still tear up watching the videos from our wedding at Koolau (and so does anyone we show it too). The decorations were spot on and the flowers were everything and more. I absolutely adored my bouquet and my girls' as well. We could not have imagined our wedding without Jill and Easley Designs. They are the professionals for a reason and I am so glad we asked them to coordinate and do flowers for us. I also forgot to mention that we had to reschedule our wedding twice and were still able to have everything perfect for our wedding. I cannot thank her and her team enough for helping us with the most memorable day of our lives. Mahalo nui loa! It really was perfect.
