A lawyer who makes the whole legal process ridiculously easy!  We needed to obtain guardianship for my brother-in-law.  My brother-in-law has global cognitive disorder.  He is unable to make financial, medical, legal, wellbeing decisions for himself.  We were advised by the Developmental Disability Division for the State of Hawaii that it would be wise to have guardianship of him.  We must have called almost every lawyer in the state who handles guardianships.  However, they only handle clients who are underage or elderly.  My brother-in-law does not fit this criteria.  We reached out to a friend who happens to be a lawyer and she recommended Sam.  And I can't believe we didn't run into this name sooner!First, he has a questionnaire on his website that we filled out.  It was very detailed but it helped us articulate what we needed.  As soon as we submitted it, Sam reached out to us and discussed what he charges, the process, estimated time frame, etc.  His fees are extremely affordable. Sam was so patient with us as we gathered the forms, doctors' referrals, etc.  Once Sam received all the paperwork, he got us a court date.  We literally just had to show up at courthouse and meet with the judge.  It was quick and easy.  We can't thank Sam enough for all his hard work, time, patience, and sincerity.  He made the whole process a breeze.

Very seldom does a person get to deal with a professional who deserves more than 5 stars! Thankfully we were able to find such a person in the sad period after our good friend died in Honolulu, HI. We needed an estate and probate attorney to discuss and handle the distribution of the estate. We contacted Samuel Suen by email on a Sunday. He responded within a few hours and we set up a conference call for the following morning. Mr. Suen answered all our questions clearly in both a friendly and professional manner. At the end of an hour-long discussion, for which there was no charge, I asked how we would pay his very reasonable hourly rate. Much to our surprise, he said we shouldn't hire him because there was no need to probate this particular will. His honesty and forthrightness was amazing! We tried to figure out some reason to hire him but to no avail. Ultimately we wished him a very fond farewell. Based on our experience, if you need an estate or probate attorney, you can't do better than Samuel Seun.

Samuel is a excellent attorney.  When my family was in need, he went above and beyond to assist us with our estate plan.  He genuinely cares about helping people, and is very knowledgeable with the legal aspects of planning and protecting your assets.  I highly recommend him!
