This CVS is usually tidy, stocked appropriately and staffed well. You can either call ahead to find out if your ordered prescriptions are ready or look on the CVS app on your handheld. The staff are also usually very helpful.

Wow Longs... been a long time customer, but it seems you don't want my business any more. Tried to enter my extra care card number today & apparently, I don't exist. So awesome that I can pull up my account on your stupid app on my phone, but your in-store system & your cashier can't find my account. Maybe I should take the hint & just go to Costco or Walgreens. It's been a horrible overall experience at Hawaii Kai for the last few years & I guess I just need to walk away from this toxic "relationship". Oh well. Too bad, so sad.

I have no complaints about the store but the product I bought. Bought a bag of Gaviota fertilizer and it was wet! Spread it out to dry so it doesnt clump up. I just hope no one else has the same problem.
