Longs Drugs

I have always received quick and no hassle service in pharmacy at this location. They do close for lunch and are, at times, inundated with a formed line of customers. But I can see that they work really hard to make up for wait times. Everyone from the phone customer rep to the in store pharmacy rep provided useful info while maintaining friendly service. All of this makes me feel valued as a customer.

Worst pharmacy ever! Told me I could only get my meds in a week while Im holding my doctors prescription and Im willing to go through my insurance or pay cash. So I went to Walgreens. Insurance went through and I got my medication in 20 mins. Some people are so incompetent.

I went there yesterday mid morning to pick up my warfarin blood thinner medication, & for some reason my med quest medicade card was not going through. If I don't take that medication daily my heart will start throwing blood clots. The pharmacy people were alright but wben I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager she was extremely rude to me unlike salt lake longs. I would highly reccomend any other longs pharmacy but stay away from pali longs pharmacy.

Wonderful customer service, she was very polite, friendly, and caring for kupunas and no one in the line complained; so BLESSED to Be back home in the Hawaiian Islands no matter how much we struggle in life, there is Hope in Christ Jesus

Had what we needed but the whole place had an unbearable pee smell. The ceiling was dripping dirty liquid into a bucket in the middle of the aisle. I cant believe this place sells food. Definitely seems like a biohazard in the entire store.
