I dont recommend this dentist. 3 years of 6 months appointments and now in a new base just made a root canal in one of my front teeth because of a huge cavity. In 3 years never had one single treatment.

This office is AMAZING! The best hygienists who are thorough and just so so great. The office staff is also very kind and helpful. Seriously I dont ever want to use another dentist office which is why I still go here even after moving. HOWEVER, I have to remove a star because it is absolutely awful trying to confirm or cancel appointments. Last week I missed a call to confirm my appointment, no big deal, I called back to confirm a few hours later. I was left waiting on hold for 20 min before I hung up and called back. They had just forgotten about me on hold. No big deal, mistakes happen, I confirmed my appointment. Fast forward to today: I get a text saying I failed to confirm my appointment and I had less than two hours to confirm (on a Saturday morning) before they would cancel the appointment. An appointment I have had to arrange childcare for. I text the message back and then had to call again to confirm that they actually got my confirmation this time. So that was a total of three phone calls and a text message just to confirm one appointment. This is also not the first time I have had this happen with this office where despite multiple attempts to contact them to cancel an appointment well in advance, they still sent messages threatening to charge me if I didnt confirm the appointment just days before. So fabulous service for your teeth but you still might have a headache after its all said and done.
