The best dentist I went to. Family friendly atmosphere. They do great work. They make your treatment as painless as they can. They are very caring and really make you feel at home. I already recommended three people.

I met the Kashiwada team (Barbara and Doreen) quite a while back when I had a deadly fear of dentists (as I had many cavities as a child and had trauma from that). Dr. Kashiwada is the first dentist since my childhood who helped me believe that pain is not a necessity for dentistry! I've been going to him since that time and have brought my children here as well.Barbara and Doreen together with Dr. Kashiwada are extended family to me now and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him at anyone. I even have coworkers come from out of town just to have them clean his teeth. They're that excellent. Please don't wait any longer to find this superb dentist as he may have another 15-20 years tops before he retires. He's definitely cured my dentophobia.

Meh  Staff is friendly and extremely talkative (even during your cleaning) I've been going to Dr. Kashiwada since 2019 and my last visit was my LAST visit. Ive never been so humiliated and judged EVER in my life. Let me first say the office is only so small and fits about 3 patients. Rooms are open and not private. So when Dr comes talk to you about your teeth the whole office can hear him talking. Even those waiting in the lobby. Mind you, he's loud and he talks a lot. Uses a lot of metaphors when explaining how your teeth work (ex. Grinding like how smooth an engine should be when lubricated)  Doreen are Barbara are friendly and they talk to you during your cleaning and ask questions  (that's one way to get your mind distracted if you're nervous being at the dentist) but they ask a lot of personal questions and try to get the into your while life detail by detail. This may not be how others feel but sometimes I felt judged (not myself) but because I have piercings and a lot of tattoos. I remember I jokingly said "I'm gonna pierce my tongue) and One of them said "no don't do that. That isn't attractive" ok I get it you have an opinion but you're just my dental hygienist. Dr. Kashiwada also claims that I need all these procedures (adjustments, gum surgery, braces and one of my tooth pulled (a good tooth)    but I went to another Dental Office and that Dr told me only thing I need done is braces but not actual braces. Invisalign is what's being recommend. All the other things are required. He also said alignments won't necessarily help with headaches which Dr. Kashiwada claims I'm getting headaches because I need to smooth my teeth down and get adjustments on them. Too many procedures to be getting done that aren't necessary. Plus they only accept cash or check. No cards. I decided to stop going to Dr. Kashiwada because the last visit he humiliated me in the office while there was a whole family in the lobby who can hear every detail. I wanted to get out of there ASAP. I didn't even want to pay my bill at that moment. I told Doreen I'd come back another day. I felt like I was doing a walk of shame entering the lobby and exiting the office. 3-4 months go by and Barbara calls me to reschedule my cleaning and I told her I wouldn't be coming back because Dr embarrassed me in from the whole office. She said she'd call me back to see what happened. I get a cal a week later and Barbara calls me about my bill. She never brought up my concern. Ever since then they have been calling me about my bill. My bill no more than $70 and they are constantly calling me. Yet, Dr. Kashiwada can't call me to apologize or get an understand of what happened. If he called and we had a mutual understanding I'd be okay with that but nope. He's worried about getting paid.
