Dr. Young and his staff are fantastic on so many levels. His expert knowledge in airway dentistry is unparalleled. If only all dentists knew of the urgent concerns and importance of airway dentistry and addressing these types of health concerns the overall health of people would likely be significantly improved. Having a Myofacial therapist like Kimmy in office is also a great asset. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
I cannot recommend Dr Young and his team enough! I had to travel from Maui to Oahu as none of the dental practices on Maui would assist me with what I needed done. Kayla provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to assist me at the practice. Dr Young is not only an expert in his field but is also kind, caring and took a lot of time to explain the various options that he could provide me with. Everyone that I met or worked with, including Michelle, was super nice and so helpful. I am really grateful to have found Dr Young through a Google search and will absolutely travel to Oahu to be treated by him. Mahalo to all for your genuine kindness and caring for your patients!

Terrible experience. I had no problem at all with my wisdom teeth. but he kept on recommending to remove them. After so many times, I followed his advice. That was a big mistake!! I changed dentist and now having problems with deep bucket around the last tooth because food always gets stuck there. It creates inflammation. Other dentists said I should have never took those wisdom teeth out. That was a bad advice. I understand why Dr young always pushed me to to that. Probably a nice referral commission from the other surgeon that removed my 4 wisdom teeth unnecessary! Shame on you.

Terribly unprofessional management system. They charged me cancellation fee after one year later which I surely remember I talked to the nurse and canceled but the manager said she left and threatened at me to call policy if no pay. Who can remember the exact date and time for the cancellation after one year? The manager keeps insisting I need to pay $10 based on their computer record "No show" one year ago! In order to use their office, we should always record phone call and keep all the record over one year. It is nonsense business. They are so unprofessional and bully.

My last cleaning, omg, I can only describe it as feeling like a relaxing gum massage.  These words came out of my mouth when my hygienist asked how I was after the cleaning.  It surprised both of us, lol.  She is the best I have ever had, I told her about my dislike of the sound of ultrasonic cleaner, so she always manually cleans my teeth.  I no longer ask for a prescription to relax me before the appointment.  It is something about her, because our first cleaning together, I relaxed after 5 minutes.  I am not telling you her name because I want her to be available when I need her.  She is my tooth  fairy.
