I've been coming here since i was 20.  Dwight Inouye is first class act.  I gotta warn you, he's loud but loud in a good way.  He's caring and takes good care of all his patients. I was 7 months pregnant and had a bad tooth that needed to be extracted.  He took extra care of me and even called me that night to see how i was doing.  He's super friendly and makes you feel comfortable every time whether it's just cleaning or root canal.  He makes all your KID DAYS worry and bad feelings about going to the Dentist all go away.  1 visit and my husband switched over from his 10+years dentist he use to go to, to Dwight Inouye!!  Feli is his right hand assistant.  You would think they related the way they talk or rather Dr Inouye Yells for her "Feliiii" But honestly i think he's like me "We Deaf, so we talk louder than the norm".  Shirley who use to be at the front desk is no longer there, she was the most sweetest greeter when you enter the office.  Her calm sweet voice made you feel so at ease and welcomed every time.

I love my doctor. He's great!!! 2 stars cause receptionist women is rude. She doesn't have any customer service qualities.

Came here before for an early appointment for my 18 month old and waited almost an hour for the lady to finish talking story so we can be accommodated. And then I tried to call in for another appointment only to be told "hold on" in a very rude manner cause I unfortunately didn't hear it the first time. Now the third time we tried to schedule another appointment for my bf they said they wouldn't take the insurance and look at HDS website to see who would accept us, so we looked at the website and they are in the list yet they said the kind of insurance wouldn't pay them, so why is it on the list then? Maybe list the insurances you guys accept so this doesn't happen to anybody that would like to come here. Also I only liked the dentist but we'll look for another dentist since the receptionist isn't very welcoming and told us to look for another dentist anyway.

Went to ser Dr Inouye because my wisdom tooth was giving me problems. He started Mr on antibiotics then scheduled me to return for the extraction. He's so nice and gentle. I was really scared because I cannot tolerate pain but after the novocain I didn't feel a thing and the procedure was done in less than 10 minutes! He and his staff are really great definitely recommend!
