        First time customer. Very disappointed that I had to mention to the clerk over 5 times that I have a small car and that I needed a pick up for a large box. Rude and annoying and barely listening, that old lady clerk needs to learn what customer service is. I will drop off that box lady. It will be the last box you will ever see from me.

        I scheduled my box for pick up, but they canceled and suggested that I drop it off instead. I was a bit disappointed but they gave me a discount.
