J3 Construction Inc

Aloha! I want to express how Thankful I am for J3 construction. I work for a company where sometimes my customers need extra help and I try to find solutions for them. My customer was needing help ASAP regarding work for her property. I reached out to J3 construction. The owner Terri Leon, took my call, she listened and said we will get right on it. She asked that I follow up our call with a text with info they would need. Because it was mid day, I did not expect anything to happen quickly. But almost 2 hours after my call to Terri, my customer called me back and said that Omar from J3 Construction just left her house and she is really happy with their customer service and how quickly after my talk with her that someone called her and scheduled to meet with her for a walk thru. That made me really happy, because my customer is Happy. Mahalo J3 Construction, Terri and Omar for helping my customer, listening to her and making that time to help her and most of all making her a Happy person! Mahalo!

Ive been with most of large scale construction company but this is by far J3 construction/ architect pacific is the ABSOLUTE WORST !!! This company is literally based on the word NEPOTISM!!! Hires primarily family to do the work, Its all about favoritism in J3 construction, Underbidding every single project theyve been on . No one person takes accountability for all the wrong actions and estimating at the jobsite . They Cant ever get the blueprints correct , Half the company is based off of architectural design and they still cant get it right . I could go on and on with this company . They pay is every 2 weeks + No one can survive on that scale , construction is paid every week . Can someone explain to these guys how to run a company ??, Definitely not a place to excel as a worker , You have to be tied in to the Leon family in order to survive . Sadly Field Experience will not save you in J3 construction. U could be the best carpenter on the site but if her I knowledgeable self proclaimed foreman of a son is there . Your just a laborer . Super pathetic.. Horrible experience ( I speak for 4 others that quit Becuase of the same thing we all experience . Unfair work environment!!! Dont sign on with these guys . Youll regret it
