Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me diagnose a bad Power Supply unit very quickly. I thought he was going to be a young guy just getting started, but he's actually been in business in Hawaii for more than 30 years. I talked to him quite a bit and he's very down to earth and friendly. Also had very reasonable rates. I never write reviews but I just had to because I was so impressed with his service. Thank you!

Jeff is amazing. If you are in the Waikiki area traveling and need some help with technology, Jeff is your man. He is just across the canal and can provide whatever you need. I just needed a PC power cord (used in lots of electronics these days) that had been lost somewhere in our travels, and he had it. With it I was able to get my wife's sleep cooler working again. I also had a small screw on my eye glasses that come out, and asked if I could use a small screw driver to fix it, he had that too. He does everything! In other reviews I noticed that Jeff fixes laptop motherboards, which requires a lot of expertise and specialized tools, and my AlienWare motherboard just went out and I was going to give it up for dead, but after talking to Jeff I am going to send him that to fix when I get home. Very reasonable prices, and outstanding service. Thanks Jeff!!

Service was great! Affordable price and very good customer service :) Did a lot of extra steps for me, like finishing up OS installation and downloading a lot of essential apps, so I'm really grateful!

Total Pro. He saved my Ailenware laptop with 2 tiny parts from China replaced on the $900 mother board for a very fair price. Except for shipping, this was swift and much better than I expected.
