Awesome little cafe! I had the cardamom mocha with oat milk and it was amazing. you can taste the richness of the chocolate and the spices! The espresso balanced the flavor perfectly and paired very well with the chocolate. There is a factory attached to the shop in the back and its super cool to see the machine going when you walk by! They do a factory tour and do offer samples of their chocolate selection. Everyone was very friendly and the space was sparkling clean. They also have parking which makes it convenient to get to this shop! Highly recommend to the chocolate and coffee lovers out there! Vegetarian options: Oat milk

I never write reviews for any places but I had to make the effort to write a review for this cafe. First, the service is superb. So friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I love chocolate but normally don't order mocha because it's too sweet, but their mocha is to die for. It only has subtle sweetness from the chocolate and milk they used. If you prefer yours sweet, they do have sugar to add. Their chocolates have so much character that I felt like I was doing a wine tasting. I loved all the chocolate. Even the flavored ones are not overwhelming and were a nice treat. I spent $200 on chocolate on my first visit, and most of them are already gone, haha. I wish I had some time to do the factory tour. I highly recommend going to this place whether you are a local or a tourist.

This is my favorite coffee place on Oahu! Its cozy inside and Ramiro always gives the best service. I usually prefer lattes, but if youre coming to Sol Cafe, you have to try their mocha specials. They are all made with high quality coffee beans and locally produced chocolate. My favorite is the Lavender Blueberry Chocolate.
