        Only come to this place if no one is in line. They staff 1 or 2 persons on most occasions. Waited 10 minutes in line for a cup of coffee. Terrible management. Calling out the ownership of of this company. For a coffee shop in a hotel you need to do better.

        I ordered an iced oat milk matcha latte they gave me a hot matcha latte. Which is whatever I will still drink it. After the second sip I noticed they gave me whole milk and not oat milk my partner agreed it tasted like whole milk. I am lactose intolerant so this is going to upset my stomach. I wish the staff would pay more attention to adding milk replacements. I highly suggest getting a receipt if you order here so if they mess up your order as badly as they did mine you can show them.
