        The staff couldnt have been more polite, friendly AND helpful. We got a 5.0L V8 convertible Mustang in LIME GREEN and it was the best drive around the Island. We accidentally took the registration home with us! So when I returned it and asked if we owed them penalty for our mistake, they apologised for the inconvenience! It was MY mistake. Seriously, 10/10 service and kindness. GO HERE!

        Nice guy, although we got told we are getting a certain type of car that was guaranteed , when we got there they had ordered a completely different car and said they cannot do anything about it. I dont understand why we got told that we would get told we are going to get a particular car and then get a completely different car. Would not recommend.

        BE WARNED! The employees at this location are very rude and unhelpful. There are many ways to get around Oahu. Dont waste your vacation dealing with this terrible and unkind customer service
